larger image	Waage non-portable immersion heaters are sturdy, screw-in units of single and multiple tube design. They are heavy duty heaters made especially for commercial and industrial use. Construction: Coiled-nickel-chrome alloy heating elements, centered by hard refractories, are vibro-packed with insulating materials of high thermal conductivity. Sheathing materials are copper for water heating, steel for oil heating, and stainless steel for use in corrosive liquids. Oval shaped tubes provide minimum distance of heat transfer and permit multi-tube installation in minimum space. All joints and seams are hard soldered, brazed, or welded, then pressure tested against leakage. Standard units are equipped with outlet boxes for making electrical connections. Applications: These non-portable, heavy duty immersion heaters are installed through the walls of tanks for heating water, oils, heat transfer mediums, etc.
